We revamped the Big Boy name by coming out with our next generation Big Boy II, the most versatile loading ramp system ever offered in the industry! The 2 piece light weight loading ramp system is made with high quality aluminum that is lightweight and now consists of two 19" wide folding ramps rated at 3000 lbs per pair (view features & dimensions). The 2-piece Big Boy II is designed to load Yamaha Rhino, John Deere Gator, Kabota RTV, Kawasaki Mule, Polaris Ranger (pictured below), zero turn lawn mowers, go carts, lawn & garden tractors, stump grinders, generators, pressure washers, golf carts (including electric) and other larger wheeled or two-wheeled vehicles up to 2500 lb into full-size pick-up trucks including stock or lifted 4x4 trucks, 2 wheel drive trucks, trailers, box trucks, loading docks or toy haulers. The 2-piece ATV loading ramp system includes (2) quick connecting support brackets that hold the sections together to safely load motorcycles or 3 wheelers and eliminates ramp flex for safe loading. By disconnecting these brackets, the ramp can then be split in 2 sections making it easy to handle and enables you to load up many four wheeled vehicles 3000lbs and under. The complete ramp system can be folded in 1/2 by pulling a spring clip pin for storage. The folded dimensions of the Big Boy II ramp system is 60.5" long x 7.5" high.
The unique 2 piece Big Boy II ramp has many built-in features that make loading a lot easier, faster, and safer. The 3-3/4" plate/hook attaching lip distributes weight evenly across the tailgate on your vehicle without damage and is stronger than other ramps with individual attaching fingers. The Big Boy II has a tapered aluminum foot at the end of the ramp with an extruded anti-slip surface that creates a smooth loading approach surface at almost any angle. The extruded foot design has a built-in pivoting piece that adjusts for different vehicle load heights and has been safely used on 10" or higher trailers or trucks. The Big Boy II 2-Piece Ramp System comes with (2) heavy-duty cam buckle safety straps that secure the ramp to the vehicle to prevent the ramps from kicking out while loading. Serrated cross rungs are standard on the Big Boy II creating an anti-slip loading surface. Each rung is spaced 3-5/8" apart so getting traction in the outdoor elements should be a walk in the park.
